Cutting
Company has technical capabilities to cut using saw bands in the range between Ø 2 mm – Ø500 mm.
Burning
Company uses numerically steered gas burner and can burn material with thickness between Ø 2 mm – Ø100 mm.
Turning
1. Turning and Borings Lathes with measuring and displaying equipment:
- Outside diameters up to Ø 3 150mm.
- Turning of holes up to depth 1 200 mm.
2. CNC steered face lathes and chuckers:
- Turning of bushes, discs and rings with diameter up to Ø 800 mm and l = max 400 mm, with cylindrical and cone surfaces.
3. CNC steered centre lathes:
- Turning of shafts with diameter up to Ø 320 mm and l = max 1 200 mm (cylindrical or cone shapes) and threads.
Milling
1. Bed milling machines and vertical milling machines (CNC):
- Housings, sections, bars fitting into machine dimension X,Y,Z = 1 100 x 1 000 x 800 mm.
2. Milling planner with measuring and displaying equipment:
- Milling of surfaces fitting into machine dimension X,Y,Z = 1 000 x 1 000 x 3 000 mm.
3. Milling machines and vertical shapers for gears:
- Spur gears and helical gears up to m = 6 and Ø=320 mm.
Boring
1. Conventional boring machines with measuring and displaying equipment and CNC boring machines:
- Housings, frames, guiding bars up to 4 000x 1 500 x 900 mm.
Grinding
1. Centre grinders and internal grinders:
- Holes in discs and rings with max external diameter 600 mm and l = 300 mm.
- Shafts up to Ø 250 mm and l = 1 000 mm.
