- Through shot blasting of the parts with width dimensions of max. 1400mm and height max. 400mm
- Blech Rolling with a thickness of max. 50mm and lengths up to 1200mm
- Welding of black and stainless steel structures using the MIG / MAG method
- Induction hardening on a device with the power of 150kW and frequency from 10 to 30kHz of details such as:
- Shafts with a diameter of max. 300mm and length 1200mm,
- Rings with a diameter of max. 2 300mm,
- Gear wheels with a diameter of max. 2300mm.
- Stress relief annealing at max. 700°C in a furnace with a chamber of 3000mmx2500mm570(h)mm.
